Tracy Rekart (Seattle and Winthrop WA – www.mccarthyrekart.com) is a white, cis-gender leadership coach who believes that change happens when there is enough safety and resources built up inside a person for them to be willing to step into the unknown.
She draws upon her extensive experience, research, education, and personal practice to identify systemic baggage – whether from an early holding or cultural system – that is in the way of finding power with yourself and others in the pursuit of a more just world.
Tracy infuses soul-based questions, with actionable skill-based tools, and somatic bodywork and movement practices to support you to navigate the path through the unknown and toward your "unique ecological niche." (Bill Plotkin)
Tracy deeply listens to the eco-systems around her to stay in right balance. She lives with her partner in business and life – Neil McCarthy, and their two children in a cabin in the north of Washington state.
Stay tuned for her forthcoming book on somatic, soul-focused leadership development.
